WORKSHOPS

IYENGAR YOGA WORKSHOPS
WITH DÖRTHE BRAUN

 

I propose different types of workshops. In the Upanishads Discussion Group, students explore the Upanishads, one of the most ancient, insightful, and inspiring spiritual texts that have come out of India! All students are welcome in these workshops.

 

In the Advanced Pranayama, students should regularly practice pranayama. The focus of these workshops lies on Digital Pranayama and Kumbhaka.

 

Each student is working to his or her own capacity. The aim is to create a deeper understanding and awareness of the body and its correct alignment, the breath, and the mind.​
