Exploring the Level 2 Syllabus Pranayamas with John Schumacher — Saturday June 7 from 10 am to 12:30 pm EST
Join us for an incredible opportunity to study the Level 2 syllabus pranayama breaths with John Schumacher.
Each syllabus requires candidates to be able to practice and teach not just asanas, but pranayamas as well.
The Level 2 syllabus begins to explore seated pranayama. Besides ujjayi and viloma breathing while seated (including kumbakha during ujjayi), digital pranayama (without the retention of breath) is also introduced. Finally, the Level 2 syllabus includes bhramari, sitali and sitkari. John will address as many of these interesting and important pranayamas as possible, as well as maha mudra which is covered in the Level 2 syllabus.
